All our renters must sign a rental agreement issued by the host. Identification card must be provided upon request. No open doors or windows when air conditioning is on. Any electricity charges must be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from the security deposit. Attention: If the air conditioner is set to a low temperature, runs with the doors and windows open, or the pool heater is used a lot, this will result in significantly higher electricity consumption. Up to 48 hours after the conclusion of the contract all costs will be refunded.
